Ready to make a difference?
Community Volunteer Opportunity
THOR is excited to announce the launch of the Trail Adoption Program (TAP), designed to support and inspire our wonderful community! This program invites volunteers and local organizations to become trail stewards. By adopting our cherished community trails, volunteers play a vital part in keeping them safe, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone to appreciate.
How It Works
Volunteering with the Trail Adoption Program is a fun and simple way to contribute to the trails and the community. Volunteers will have the opportunity to earn rewards based on their service hours while making a tangible impact.
Easy Steps
Join TAP by signing up online or in person, attend a brief training on trail maintenance and safety meeting. Sign the volunteer waiver, choose to join scheduled group Trail Days or maintain your selected trail on your own time, and log your hours to earn rewards. Capture and share your successes (High-fives!) along the way!
